·       Providing prompt customer support to both prospect clients and long-term clients, everything from advising start-up entrepreneurs and executives on creative campaigns and assisting entire marketing teams with design projects.

·       Managing a team of graphic designers using project management software, creating daily project overviews, conducting quarterly reviews, and providing all-day support to team members and clients

·       Ensuring that team objectives are in line with company objectives

·       Coordinating all aspect of design projects, from client meetings and timeline & budget management to billing

·       Creating and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients

·       Managing email marketing & social media

 

Mission Bicycle Company – Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer (2013-2014)

Mission Bicycle Company creates beautiful custom bicycles one at a time by hand in San Francisco.

·       Sourcing new products both for online and brick and mortar store
